PROPERTY OWNER & RENTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to www.pandatravels.co.uk! We're thrilled that you've chosen Panda Travels to advertise or book a property for holiday lettings. These terms outline the agreement between property owners ("Client" or "you"), renters ("Customer" or "you"), and Panda Travels ("us", "we", or "our"). DEFINITIONS
Account: The property owner account created to list properties.
Monthly Fee: The fixed £30 monthly fee for property owners to list their properties.
Availability Calendar: A calendar showing property availability.
Customers: Individuals booking properties through the platform.
Payment Provider: Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
Platform: www.pandatravels.co.uk, where listings and bookings occur.
Property: The holiday lettings property listed by owners.
Property Details: Information about the property uploaded on the platform.

OUR PLATFORM 3.1 Our platform connects property owners with renters but does not manage bookings or verify property details. 3.2 We do not own or inspect any properties listed on our platform. 3.3 Payments are processed via Stripe; we do not handle or hold any funds directly. 3.4 We are not responsible for disputes, cancellations, refunds, damages, or the quality of the service received. 3.5 All transactions, agreements, and disputes are solely between the property owner and the renter. 3.6 Our platform may undergo updates or maintenance, potentially affecting availability.
ACCOUNTS & BOOKINGS 4.1 Property owners must provide accurate details when registering and listing properties. 4.2 Renters must provide accurate details when making enquiries or bookings. 4.3 All communication and negotiations must be conducted directly between property owners and renters. 4.4 Renters agree to the terms set by property owners before confirming a booking. 4.5 Property owners are responsible for maintaining an accurate availability calendar and property details. 4.6 Booking payments are made through Stripe. Panda Travels does not store or process payment details. 4.7 We are not liable for failed transactions, chargebacks, or payment disputes between renters and property owners.
FEES 5.1 Property owners pay a fixed monthly fee of £30 to list properties. 5.2 Payment is required in advance each month and is non-refundable. 5.3 Listings may be suspended or removed if payment is not received. 5.4 Renters pay the agreed price set by the property owner through Stripe. 5.5 Panda Travels does not charge renters a booking fee beyond the amount set by the property owner.
PROPERTY BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS 6.1 Panda Travels is not responsible for bookings, cancellations, or refunds. 6.2 Property owners handle their own cancellation and refund policies. 6.3 Renters must contact property owners directly for any issues related to their stay. 6.4 Property owners and renters must ensure they understand and agree to all booking terms before proceeding. 6.5 Panda Travels does not intervene in booking disputes and holds no liability for any losses.
LIABILITY 7.1 Panda Travels is not liable for any disputes, losses, damages, injuries, or claims arising from bookings, cancellations, or property issues. 7.2 We do not verify the accuracy of property listings or renter details. 7.3 Renters and property owners are responsible for their own due diligence before confirming bookings. 7.4 Property owners must ensure they have appropriate insurance for their property. 7.5 Our maximum liability is limited to the last monthly fee paid.
PAYMENT PROCESSING 8.1 All payments are processed securely through Stripe. 8.2 Panda Travels does not handle, store, or process any payments directly. 8.3 We are not responsible for failed payments, fraudulent transactions, or chargebacks. 8.4 Any payment disputes must be handled directly with Stripe.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 9.1 By listing a property, owners grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use listing content (e.g., text, photos) for marketing purposes. 9.2 This includes publishing on our platform, sharing on social media, and using in promotional materials. 9.3 We may edit listing materials without materially altering property descriptions. 9.4 Owners warrant they own or have rights to all content uploaded and indemnify us against any third-party claims.
CYBERCRIME 10.1 Emails and enquiries may be intercepted by cybercriminals. 10.2 We are not responsible for any intercepted communications or fraudulent activity. 10.3 Users must ensure their email accounts are secure. 10.4 If you suspect your account is compromised, notify us immediately so we can suspend listings.
VARIATION No changes to these terms will be effective unless agreed upon in writing by Panda Travels.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION 12.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 12.2 Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
By using our platform, property owners and renters acknowledge and agree that Panda Travels is not responsible for any aspect of the booking transaction, including payments, refunds, property conditions, or any disputes that may arise.
